SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
This service level and availability agreement applies to all YourNet Connection
services.
We guarantee the content of your domain/web site will be available for access by third parties 99% of the time on a monthly basis.
In the event the uptime on your site falls below 99% on a monthly basis, YourNet Connection will credit your account for your monthly web site hosting charges as described below. Account credit will at no time exceed the total hosting fees for the month.

To receive an account credit, you must request the credit within ten (10) business days after the occurrence. The request must be submitted in writing by fax to [847] 885-3690 or by e-mail to
billing@ync.net.
You must include your user name, account name, and the date(s) and time(s) your web site was not available. To protect your privacy and security, we may require additional identification before issuing a credit. Credits will be applied to charges during the next available billing cycle.
RESTRICTIONS
You will not be entitled to a credit for the unavailability of your web site resulting from (i) scheduled maintenance as posted (ii) technical problems or the performance or failure of your equipment, facilities or applications, or (iii) circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
"Beyond our reasonable control" is defined as acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability, interruption of, or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware, or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of your web site.
The uptime service level agreement is valid only for accounts in good credit standing.
